No. Serbo is designed to fit alongside existing partners and processes. We do not compete for ownership, customers, or downstream relationships. We support when asked and step back when the work is done.
You do. Serbo does not contact end customers unless explicitly requested. All work is performed in support of the MSP, VAR, or internal IT team that brings us in.
Valuations are based on current clearing data, asset condition, volume, and timing. We use the same pricing logic for valuation that we use during execution so expectations stay aligned.
An asset list and basic context to start. From there, Serbo handles intake, processing, documentation, and settlement with defined timelines and minimal follow-up.
Timelines depend on asset type and volume, but expectations are set early and held. We prioritize predictability over speed promises we can’t keep.
Yes. Valuations can be used as a standalone service. There is no requirement to extend into execution unless it makes sense for your workflow.
